ABSTRAK Latar Belakang:Leukemia adalah jenis penyakit kanker yang menyerang sel-sel darah putih diproduksi oleh sum-sum tulang (bone marrow). Berdasarkan data kemenkes RI (2015), tahun 2008 terdapat 12,7 juta kasus baru kanker pada anak tahun 2012 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 14,1 juta kasus baru. Penderita leukemia kelainannya pada jumlah trombositnya. Berdasarkan diagnosis penyakit, pasien leukemia merupakan pengguna komponen terbanyak. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui jumlah permintaan komponen darah TC untuk pasien Leukemia di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian crosssectional. Populasinya semua pasien Leukemia berdasarkan formulir surat permintaan komponen darah TC di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta dan sampel sebanyak 185 pasien, pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan 185 sampel permintaan produk darah TC pada pasien Leukemia di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta, untuk kategori jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 107 kolf, kategori golongan darah B Rh Positif dan kategori Umur 0-15 tahun sebanyak 154 kolf. Kesimpulan: Banyak ditemukan permintaan produk darah TC di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta bulan Oktober-Desember tahun 2020 Kunci: TC, Leukemia ABSTRACT Background:Leukemia is a type of disease of cancer that attacks the cells of the blood of white produced by the marrow bone. Objective:To determine the number of request for TC blood components for leukemia patients at UDD PMI Surakarta City. Methods:This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach, the research design is cross-sectional. The population of all patients with leukemia by from letter requests a component of blood TC in UDD PMI Surakarta and sample as many as 185 patients, taking samples using random sampling. Results of research:the results of the processing of data carried out 185 samples demand products blood TC in patients with leukemia in UDD PMI Surakarta, for the category of the type of sex male as much as 107 kolf, category type blood B Rh Positive and category Age 0-15 years as many as 154 kolf.
