ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Penyakit Hepatitis merupakan suatu penyakit yang mengalami proses inflamasi atau nekrosis pada jaringan hati yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus, obat-obatan, toksin, gangguan metabolik, maupun kelainan sistem antibodi. Transfusi darah merupakan salah satu jalur penularan VHB secara horizontal yang sering terjadi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg reaktif menggunakan metode Chlia di PMI Kabupaten Klaten tahun 2021. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data sekunder berupa buku register/rekam medis. Hasil : Sampel data HBsAg reaktif menggunakan metode Chlia tahun 2021 sebanyak 82 pendonor. Berdasarkan kategori rentang usia paling banyak terjadi pada rentang usia 25 - 44 tahun 50 pendonor (61%). Berdasarkan Jenis kelamin paling banyak adalah laki – laki 70 pendonor (85%). Berdasarkan golongan darah paling banyak pada golongan O 28 pendonor (34%). Kesimpulan : Pendonor dengan HBsAg reaktif menggunakan metode Chlia di PMI Kabupaten Klaten tahun 2021 sebanyak 82 pendonor yang paling banyak terjadi pada rentang usia 25 - 44 tahun (61%), berdasrkan jenis kelamin paling banyak pada laki – laki, dan berdasarkan golongan darah paling banyak pada golongan darah O. Objective : To find out the results of the reactive HBsAg examination using the Chlia method in pmi Klaten Regency in 2021. Methods : This research uses a descriptive type of research with a cross-sectional approach. Secondary data in the form of register books/medical records. Results : The sample of reactive HBsAg data using the Chlia method in 2021 was 82 donors. Based on the age range category, the most occurred in the age range of 25 - 44 years 50 donors (61%). By Gender the most were men 70 donors (85%). Based on blood type, it is most in group O 28 donors (34%). Conclusion : Donors with reactive HBsAg using the Chlia method in PMI Klaten Regency in 2021 as many as 82 donors occurred the most in the age range of 25-44 years (61%), based on the most gender in men, and based on the most blood type in blood type O.
