Abstrak Latar belakang : Hepatitis B merupakan suatu penyakit hati disebabkan oleh virus Hepatitis B yang dapat menyebabkan peradangan hati. Cobas e 601 adalah penganalisis imunoassay otomatis yang mampu mendeteksi antigen dan antibodi secara simultan dalam serum atau plasma. Tujuan : Mengetahui jumlah hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg reaktif menggunakan alat Cobas E601 di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta tahun 2021. Metode : Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder, analisis data menggunakan rumus hitung prevalensi terkait jumlah kasus reaktif tercatat dibagi jumlah total donor dikali 100 persen. Populasi penelitian ini 100 sampel. Sampel menggunakan teknik sampling total. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil : HBsAg reaktif tahun 2021 menggunakan alat Cobas E601 berdasarkan periode waktu bulan Januari (6%), Februari (4%), Maret (10%), April (10%), Mei (8%), Juni (7%), Juli (1%), Agustus (16%) September (11%), Oktober (11%), November (8%), Desember (8%). Berdasarkan rentang usia <18 tahun (1%), 18-24 tahun (20%), 25-44 tahun (48%), 45-59 tahun (30%), >59 tahun (1%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki (77%), perempuan (23%). Berdasarkan golongan darah A positif (24%), B positif (29%), O positif (43%), AB positif (4%). Kesimpulan : HBsAg reaktif tahun 2021 menggunakan alat Cobas E601 terbanyak berdasarkan periode waktu bulan Agustus (16%), rentang usia 25-44 tahun (48%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (77%), golongan darah O positif (43%). Kata Kunci : HBsAg, Cobas E601 Abstract Background : Hepatitis B is a liver disease caused by the Hepatitis B virus which can cause liver inflammation. Cobas e 601 is an automated immunoassay analyzer capable of detecting antigens and antibodies simultaneously in serum or plasma. Objective : To determine the number of reactive HBsAg test results using the Cobas E601 at Blood Donation Unit of Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta City in 2021. Methods : This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach using secondary data, data analysis using a prevalence calculation formula related to the number of recorded reactive cases divided by the total number of donors multiplied by 100 percent. The population of this study was 100 samples. The sample uses a total sampling technique. The data was processed using SPSS and Microsoft Excel. Results : HBsAg reactive in 2021 using the Cobas E601 based on the time period of January (6%), February (4%), March (10%), April (10%), May (8%), June (7%), July (1%), August (16%) September (11%), October (11%), November (8%), December (8%). Based on age range <18 years (1%), 18-24 years (20%), 25-44 years (48%), 45-59 years (30%), >59 years (1%). By gender male (77%), female (23%). Based on blood type A positive (24%), B positive (29%), O positive (43%), AB positive (4%). Conclusion : The most reactive HBsAg in 2021 using the Cobas E601 device based on the time period in August (16%), age range 25-44 years (48%), male sex (77%), blood type O positive (43%).
