ABSTRAK Latar belakang :Thrombocyte concentrate (TC) disimpan pada suhu 20°C - 24°C selama lebih dari 5 atau 7 hari dalam platelet incubator. Selama masa penyimpanan Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) dapat mengalami beberapa perubahan baik bentuk maupun fungsinya. Perubahan yang terjadi salah satunya adalah jumlah Thrombocyte. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyimpanan Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) terhadap jumlah Thrombocyte pada penyimpanan hari ke 3 dan ke 5. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional deskriptif. Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) diperoleh dari laboratorium pengolahan komponen darah UDD PMI Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 30 kantong yang kemudian diperiksa pada hari ke 3 dan ke 5 menggunakan Hematology Analyzer Mindray BC2400. Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) dibuat dan diperiksa selama bulan Maret – Juli 2020. Hasil uji normalitas p – Value > 0,05. Yang menandakan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil : analisis data Uji paired t – Test menunjukan p – Value sebesar 0,001 yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh lama penyimpanan Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) terhadap jumlah Thrombocyte. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbedaan pada jumlah thrombocyte di penyimpanan hari ke 3 dan ke 5. Penurunan jumlah Thrombocyte yang terjadi masih sesuai dengan standar keberterimaan quality control Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) PMK 2015. Method : This research uses descriptive observational. Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) was obtained from the blood component processing laboratory at Blood Transfusion Unit of Red Cross Banyumas Regency as many as 30 bags which were then examined on the 3rd and 5th day using the Mindray BC2400 Hematology Analyzer. Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) was prepared and examined during March - July 2020. Normality test results p - Value> 0.05. Which indicates that the data is normally distributed. Result : The results of the paired t-test data analysis showed a p-value of 0.001 which indicates that there is an effect of the length of storage of Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) on the number of thrombocytes. Conclusion : There is a difference in the number of thrombocytes in the 3rd and 5th day of storage.The decrease in the number of thrombocytes that occurs is still in accordance with the acceptable standards for quality control Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) PMK 2015.
