Latar Belakang : Thrombopheresis merupakan pengambilan komponen darah platelet menggunakan apheresis dengan volume 300 ml mengandung trombosit sebesar 3-4 x 〖10〗^11 untuk meningkatan trombosit pasien. Tujuan : Mengetahui analisa permintaan thrombopheresis di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta tahun 2019. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Populasi penelitian 250 permintaan. Sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 71 permintaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder diolah menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Analisa data univariat dalam bentuk tabel, diagram dan uraian. Hasil : Permintaan thrombopheresis tahun 2019 bulan Januari 11 (15,5%), Februari 8 (11,3%), Maret 6 (8,5%), April 8 (11,3%), Mei 5 (7,0%), Juni 1 (1,4%), Juli 2 (2,8%), Agustus 6 (8,5%), September 10 (14,1%), Oktober 9 (12,7%), November 2 (2,8%), Desember 3 (4,2%), usia 0-6 tahun 1 (1,4%), 7-23 tahun 13 (18,3%), 24-34 tahun 4 (5,6%), ≥ 35 tahun 53 (74,6%), laki-laki 38 (53,5%), perempuan 33 (46,5%), diagnosa anemia dan trombositopenia 26 (36,6%), ca cervix 8 (11,3%), AML 11 (15,5), golongan darah A rhesus positif 15 (21,1%), B rhesus positif 20 (28,2%), O rhesus positif 35 (49,3%), AB rhesus positif 1 (1,4%), A, B, O, AB rhesus negatif 0 (0%). Kesimpulan : Permintaan thrombopheresis terbanyak di bulan Januari (15,5%), didominasi usia ≥ 35 tahun (74,6%), jenis kelamin dominan laki-laki (53,5%), pasien terbanyak diagnosa anemia dan trombositopenia (36,6%), golongan darah terbanyak O rhesus positif (49,3%). Kata Kunci : Thrombopheresis, trombosit, apheresis Background : Thrombopheresis is the taking of platelet blood components using apheresis with a volume of 300 ml containing platelets of 3-4 x 〖10〗^11 to increase the patient's platelets. Result: Thrombopheresis requests in 2019 January 11 (15.5%), February 8 (11.3%), March 6 (8.5%), April 8 (11.3%), May 5 (7.0%), June 1 (1.4%), July 2 (2.8%), August 6 (8.5%), September 10 (14.1%), October 9 (12.7%), November 2 (2, 8%), December 3 (4.2%), ages 0-6 years 1 (1.4%), 7-23 years 13 (18.3%), 24-34 years 4 (5.6%), ≥ 35 years 53 (74.6%), male 38 (53.5%), female 33 (46.5%), diagnosed with anemia and thrombocytopenia 26 (36.6%), ca cervix 8 (11.3 %), AML 11 (15.5), blood type A rhesus positive 15 (21.1%), B rhesus positive 20 (28.2%), O rhesus positive 35 (49.3%), AB rhesus positive 1 (1.4%), A, B, O, AB rhesus negative 0 (0%). Conclusion: The highest demand for thrombopheresis was in January (15.5%), dominated by age ≥ 35 years (74.6%), male dominant gender (53.5%), most patients diagnosed with anemia and thrombocytopenia (36.6%) , the most blood type O rhesus positive (49.3%).
